I had an Android (Google Pixel) and experienced knocking and tapping sounds for over a year. T-Mobile store changed the SIM card. It didn’t help. This went on for more than a year. Then I got an IPhone. The issue continues. T-Mobile did try a number of methods, but nothing helped. They kept closing out my ticket (which took forever for me to get them to agree to open to begin with. I did have one kind technician (I don’t think he was an actual technician) who checked in with me a number of times. NOTHING CHANGED. I finally realized on my own, that it only seems to occur on outgoing calls. So, I call people, the knocking begins, and I ask them to call me back…..and no knocking. It’s not my tower. It happened even in New York. It doesn’t happen on every call, but I’d say 90% of calls. It’s absolutely horrible. I stumbled upon a group online Apple community, where a number of people are complaining about the same issue. They think it’s an Apple issue, but they ALL HAVE T-MOBILE. Since I h
People in Europe are trying to send me SMS, but I am not getting any. How can I get TMobile to fix that problem?
I am using the 5g Gateway for home internet. I am adding a EV Charger that requires 2.4 Ghz connection. Is there a way to have this connect to my current tmobile gateway?
TMO-G4AR gateway, Epson ET-2850 printer. Tried everything but always get MAC Address failure during wireless setup. Everything else in house works fine and connected immediately at initial setup including an Epson XP 640 printer. Have created a dedicated 2.4 ghz SSID in addition to 5ghz/2.4ghz SSID. Have tried with firewall antivirus on and off. Have tried all WPA options. Anyone have a solution? Thanks.

I’m in my 14 day free trial. I’d like to replace my cox modem with Tmobile’s unit feeding into my Orbi mesh network router. From what I can see and have read TMobile app won’t let you turn of the router functionality to just use it as a modem. Correct? I’ve read some suggestions to use the T-Mobile box as-is and just connect it to an external router using Ethernet. Anyone here doing this for awhile without issue? Don’t things get messed up with the external router and T-Mobile router allocating DHCP addresses? Saw another suggestion to use the setup above, but rename the T-Mobile Wi-Fi network different than the external router Wi-Fi network and only connect to the external router Wi-Fi. Any doing this without an issue?Thank you for your time and experience…
I continually get a message the identity of m. hotmail cannot be verified and it won't let me use apps like Life360, you tube, upload photos on Whattapp outside of wifi
Yesterday I could see not only notifications that I had an email but I could also see the sender and the first part of the email. Suddenly that stopped (without changing any settings for anything) and now it only shows that I received an email. I have to go to my phone and open gmail to determine if it needs my attention or not. I’ve checked settings and everything is correct on both the phone (which is now doing it as well) and the watch. I do not have the mail icon but I can check it in settings. I have rebooted both the phone and the watch and disabled mirroring - which didn’t work, it still mirrors. None of the help answers I find on the internet address how to fix it without the mail icon or seeing mail in the apps list on the watch. I can’t find a .pdf support paper on the apple website for SE watches at all. It seems to be a common problem but I cannot find a solution. Anyone else run into this? That was my favorite function of the watch and is really only seriously annoying now
I have an HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer N911g. I have just gotten a T-Mobile 5G Gateway router set up with 2 networks: one with 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz (dual band) and one with just 2.4 GHz - WPA security. When I attempt to connect the printer to the 2.4 GHz network, it fails with the issue "MAC address filtering may be enabled on your wireless router". IT IS NOT - my understanding is that there is no filter (option is set to ALL).I have reset this network several times, updated drivers, ensured the security settings are proper, rebooted the computer several times. I have connected several other devices to this network (iphone / ipad / desktop) without issue so this is a tad frustrating. Is there other possible settings?
I want to unlock my phone, but I do not have a T-Mobile SIM card, and I live in Iraq. How do I contact T-Mobile?
We are making a roadtrip in the USA for one month, and arrive on April 1st on SFO. We are looking at the prepaid phone plan for one month on the t-mobile website, for three lines with unlimited data ($110 + $10 SIM starter kit).We need two e-sims and one physical sim, and we are unable to ship the physical sim to The Netherlands. Is it possible to collect or order the prepaid phone plans at a T-mobile Shop, e.g. T-Mobile Serramonte Center?
